Aquagoggles is one of the first online retail providers of affordable prescription swim goggles. This is a niche market that has been experience rapid growth as more and more customers look to the internet to find affordable goggles.

This business has run entirely on search engine traffic and word-of-mouth advertising but as this niche grows, so to does the competition.

Aquagoggles has experienced tremendous success throughout the years, due in large part to their early arrival on the internet. As demand for similar products grows however, so too does the competition.

Aquagoggles would like to solidify it’s search engine rankings to ensure that they acquire and keep a top 5 ranking on Google. In addition they would like to to tap into new forms of traffic such as those gained through social media.

Finally, Aquagoggles wanted to completely overhaul their website to make the ordering process as easy and streamlined as possible thereby decreasing cart abandonment rates and increasing conversion.

Our primary goal was to first build a new Aquagoggles website that users would find easier to manage and to order from. We built the new website as a simple to manage full-featured eCommerce WordPress solution. In addition, we also integrated social sharing and broadcasting capabilities directly into the website which in turn would help to extend Aquagoggles’ reach.

We took great care in analyzing our client’s niche and current standing. We wanted to enhance what they had already done well by further optimizing their SEO strategy and introducing social media to the mix.

Since launching the new website in early 2013, Aquagoggles has experienced significant increases in traffic, conversions and most importantly in sales. The website has helped user to find and order products more easily as well as fostering direct communication between Aquagoggles and it’s customers.

Social media has also played a huge role in Aquagoggles’ recent success. The social media strategy we created and executed has resulted in substantial traffic and sales through social networks and in particular during peak shopping periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day.
